A long long long time ago.

Strips are still readily available from RCBS. There is a loading tool that I assume is still available. Just buy regular primers and reload the strips.

While they do come in different colors all the small primers will fit in the "small" colors and all the larger primers will fit in the "large" colors. I originally bought a few boxes of preloaded strips since boxed primers were cheaper and keep reloading them.
