Looks like a south african techno arms MAG-7 M1 magazine. A pretty friggin rare beast. Uses a 60mm 12ga shell. 5 round mag? At least... I can't think of anything else that could possibly fit in.

I really have no idea on price but it looks to be in excellent condition and it wouldn't surprise me if someone might pay a small fortune for it(??)

That monstrosity and truncated ammo is such an outlier, and it wasn't really all that long ago they spattered on the market. The 90's maybe(?) It's not hard to pick out in a crowd.
