Nation's oldest living veteran Richard Overton dies in Austin at age 112

RIP... both my grandpaps served in the pacific in WW2, have lost them both in the last 18 years. Greatest generation indeed.
 
RIP, Mr. Overton. Taking care of business and having fun for 112 years, damn, that's a good run anyway you slice it. Parenthetically, here is an interesting video on the recently departed.
 
We should all be so "lucky" as Mr. Overton.... and still be sweet on life.
