I'm not sure if that's accurate, you might want do some research yourself... but what I cam up with is this: it's over 26" not including the brace or muzzle brake and it's not concealed.

You would be in the clear if that's the case. Since you described it as a pistol an assumption was made otherwise on my part.

I'll gladly take it off if someone is interested but does not want the vertical grip, but I do think I'm safe on this one... I do appreciate the concern as it can be a touchy subject.

It's frustrating to live in a place where the rules are not necessarily based on laws and they are always changing with the opinion of the week.

I've always stuck to the rule of no vfg if barrel under 16". Maybe you found a loophole with it being a pistol though..hmmmmmmm
