I don't see how this can make it to a vote this session. Courtney, Prozanski, Dingfelder, Burdick, and their ilk can throw all the temper tantrums thay want, but there just isn't enough time to bring this kind of trash to the floor for a vote. I suspect that they need to show their Bloomberg controllers that they can accomplish something. Just don't see it going through this session. Not nearly enough time for review and comment.
