Surplus upper HGs have dried up... even poor condition Romanian upper handguards fetch over $25. Russian go for about $40-60+, Chinese $120+, Polish surplus $40+.

That said, I have a couple solid wood Romanian upper handguards I could part with. If you want laminate, Atlantic is selling new production Polish for around $20.
