AK gunsmith Portland area

[RRC Firearms]

We are looking for a local gunsmith (Washington county preferred or Portland area) that has experience installing the reinforcement plates on side folding AK rifles. I have called a couple and they say that they think they can do it but have no experience actually installing one.

Anyone have any recommendations?
