AK-74 optic/red dot options

My eyes aren't as sharp as they use to be...looking for a decent optic or red dot for an AK-74. What are the experiences with whichever optic you have or had. Good or bad...looked into a PRIMARY ARMS red dot/products. This is for home defense/range sessions.

i have a Leatherwood M-30 Red Dot Sight and it works fine

My right eye went through surgery so it's not no good but i use a vortex strikefire with a 2x magnifier. That really helps but there's glare issues when you magnify a red dot. I also run the millett DMS 1-4X scope on my AR and those are great. Both eyes open on 1x or close one eye for the 4X

I got a micro dot/Ultimak combo from Primary Arms and its been great. My only gripe is the view through the glass is a little blue, but I shoot great with it.
