I'm building a G19 pattern pistol on a Grit Grips frame and I am looking for a slide. Aim Surplus has a wide variety of slides and other parts under their house brand, and they are surprisingly cheap. There's a slide that I really like (deep serrations, rounded top, no windows) but I was wondering about the overall quality. Has anyone used their brand of slides and other parts before? How has it been? I still plan to use Glock OEM internals for both upper and lower, I just need the slide itself to be decent.

I have not used the Aimsurplus slide but it is probably worth it, in my experience the slide component itself hasn't caused any issues but definitely use OEM Glock internals if you want to assure reliable feeding and ejection (I learned the hard way).
One thing to note about that Aimsurplus link is the photo shows a traditional RMR footprint but the description clearly states it uses the updated RMR footprint. I have both and hands down prefer the traditional footprint. The difference is the traditional uses the two recoil posts shown in the pic, the screw holes are 6-32 threads (the right side screw needs to be shorter....). The updated RMR footprint does not use any posts but puts the posts around the threaded holes for RMR alignment but then the threads are 4-40 which are smaller and weaker (but the screws are the same length...). The updated slides I have the RMR does not sit as tight in the cutout but has to be pushed forward to align with the front curvature of the cutout, then lock down the 4-40s with blue locktite. I don't like this setup but so far my zero hasn't moved... but I also haven't dropped the gun either.

Note, Midways Stoner house brand is in the same price range and I have 2 of their G19 slides and run fine (same for their barrels) but their slides use the updated RMR cuts and most have slide window cutouts which I don't recommend but the slides do run reliably.

Pic shows the updated RMR cut,
