Not to derail your thread and maybe you just want what you want but you should check out the holosun hs503c.

They have stellar reviews, a lifetime warranty and work with mounts for the Aimpoint Micro

I have two of them, you could buy three for the cost of a new T1. I have been really impressed

Rainer Arms had them in stock last week for $239
