Came across this fairly good deal this evening. Time is running out to get one, so I jumped on it. Not bad for under 3 bills and figured I'd keep it around and maybe get a lower for it down the road. May even use one of the ones I already have on hand. Definitely going to change out the handguard to a slimmer one I have laying around! Nothing real special about it, but it'll do for a spare or plinker.

I've got an Aero Precision carry handle on order also. I think I'm going to just assemble a nice K.I.S.S. rifle w/no optic or any other doohickies.

Both of my ARs have non magnifying optics AND "iron" sights. My vision isn't great and the optics don't hurt, but can easily come off with the twist of a screw.
I always have a 50 cent piece in my pocket.

I was contemplating one of those 4X21 carry handle scopes like the old Colt models just for the retro look. Not sure yet as those babies look to be expensive!

The AP upper came today and I installed it on my PSA lower. This is my K.I.S.S. assembly, and other than adding a sling, I will not be doing anything more to it. Except, if I come across a smoking deal on a 4X20 Colt clone scope from Brownell's.
