Aero m4e1 built complete lower - Price Reduced

I have a complete lower for sale. It started as a stripped aero m4e1 lower so it can be a rifle or pistol(if you swapped out the stock). It's has only been taken out once to test function. It functioned perfectly with no issues. All you need to do is slap on a complete upper and you are good to go. Below is a list of all parts used. It will also include 2 30rd mags. Buyer pays transfer fees. I'd prefer to meet at Tigard Pawn

Even if you found better deals on these items it would be hard to get them all for under $400. That's not including time to build (admittedly not very long) and other things like an "oops kit" and tools needed to build (if you don't already have them).
