Advice on A5 or BCM MK2 buffer assembly

I am in need of a buffer tube assembly for my lower. While I was shopping, I found these as an option for the carbine system. Any advice? It will be with a 16" mid upper for the most part.

I run an A5 in my 16" middy

They definitely can help with smooth cycling.

I'm not going to change out my factory assembled lowers with carbine REs but anything I build for myself moving forward will be on a A5 system unless I have a real good reason for not doing so. I've used Vltor, BCM, Magpul and FCD tubes with zero issues.

Not sure if you have pulled the trigger of an A5 system yet or not but I have always avoided buying them in kit form for my personal builds because they always came with components I did not want. BCM use to supply an A5H0 buffer standard in their kits prior to the introduction of their MK2 series, which I thought was always retarded but understand why they did it. That kit from SOLGW is the first one I've seen that I would consider buying in lieu of individual components.
