Again, until there exist a real, actionable mechanism for the SCOTUS to enforce SCOTUS decisions against States and agencies, it is political theater because the DOJ outside of Scotus, charged with enforcing the Constitution, seems bent on abusing its authority.

Yes the SCOTUS decisions and those of Federal District Courts should have more weigh to them, but as we all have seen time and again; it only matters if there are actionable, enforceable systems in place.
