Interesting read here. Of course it's a 3 judge panel and will be overturned once they review it en banc.

Funny how the 9th's 3 judge panels often hand down pro2a rulings that then get overturned by group think.

Almost everything 9th Circuit Court gets overturned by the Supreme Court. The implications are good for the entire West Coast re magazine bans. Cavanaugh can't be confirmed quick enough!

it was the 9th that in the Stewart case that said it was ok to make your own MG and that the 86 ban does not apply to homemade MG that does not cross state lines, went to scotus they remanded it back to the 9th and they overturned their original ruling.
