So, the only thing it needs is a barrel...and of course to finish the 80% receiver?

You'll need a rivet set, center support, trigger group, barrel, and another US made part. You'll have to weld the rails in place, locate and drill all the holes in the receiver etc, and populate/headspace the barrel.
