The Cornelius Walmart had some Winchester in boxes of 40 for $30. I don't have a 7.62 x 39 weapon, but I thought $30 bucks a box was high, but maybe because of the new brass it is re-loadable, and therefore a little better.

Online you can find many websites with 7.62x39, mostly Russian Tulammo and Serbian PPU ammo.
Inventory coming back but with higher prices due to demand.

J&G sales has Tulammo boxes at 7.50 a box (20 rounds steel case) .
