I think there are two 550 round tins of 7.62x39 made at Chinese factory 21.

The 1100 is the total rounds.

It appears to be steel core.

The year is 1967. It should have 21 over 67 on the rim of each round.

It has 880 rounds, so I assumed this has double that, since there are
