Fairly fresh a couple months old with exactly 44 rounds down the pipe.
Got it through Grendel Hunter.
Type II
Very accurate barrel but have another shorter build I'm doing same caliber. Grendel love.

need to correct myself: it is from their Satern / Liberty line of barrels but has 5R rifling not button cut.

A knowledgeable individual kindly corrected me and showed me it's both. Info came right from the Satern Barrel site. Told Ya I was a rookie did not realize you can have both.

What Is 5R Rifling?

5R rifling has been around 40-plus years now but judging from the questions I’ve heard there seems to be little information on it.

5R is a 5-groove rifling pattern with sloped or angled sides to the lands. All rifling has a certain amount of angle to the sides of the lands as a natural effect of the rifling process. The sides of the grooves are parallel, but the sides of the lands are not and the 5R carries this to an extreme.
