They are not...belonged to a friend's dad who was former law enforcement so I don't know the weight either.

I may be wrong but if they're not factory reloads you're not legally allowed to sell them without an FFL

I believe the rule is he can't engage in the business of selling reloads but if he isn't engaging in a business it's fine.

I don't know the whole work around or laws regarding it I was just lookin our for him. If I knew him or the cop he got them from I'd still buy them lol

As long as your not engaging in a business you are fine. The mods around here would prefer you sell them for use as components only, and that you list them in the reloading section of classifieds. Somebody will want to buy them, but probably not at the current price.
