Beaverton and Tigard Bimart had some more Winchester 5.56 green tip again this morning. Might still be some left. Both had about 30 boxes this morning around 9:45am.

By the way, no one is going to sell their 5.56 to you at $0.60 around as that's how much they/we are buying it for. That's as low as it gets. People want profit for their time.

It may be a stupid rule, but much like the "Golden Rule" where 'he who has the gold makes the rules', THEY have the ammo and it is their rule. And I concur with above, no one is going to sell ammo for what they have to pay for it.

It is not just a stupid rule but it is illegal discrimination under Oregon law. OP has paths for recourse available to him if he wants to bother with it.
