I'd like to get a rifle that shoots 5.45x39 for training purposes. Preferably an AK pattern, but I'd also take a look at 5.45x39 ARs and AR uppers. Ideally I'd like to spend $400-ish but I'm not opposed to going higher so shoot me any offers you might have.

I live in southern Oregon, but I find reason to head north fairly often. FTF is preferable but not necessary.
