WTS/WTT OR 444 Marlin

I have 271 rounds of 444 Marlin ammo that I came across. Don't know much about them. Looks like soft point. Also have 9 empty casings. And comes in ammo box.
I want $225 for all or trade for 500 rounds of. 45 acp. Or 500 rounds of 5.56. Or 600 rounds of. 40 s&w.

Is this factory or reloads? Any certainty as to which?

Not sure of either. Will be up in Camas/Washougal area till 11am today. Can meet up at English Pit and check them out or put a few rounds down the pipe. I guess these will be sold as components for 444 Marlin.
