Ok, I'm not going into a lot of details as to how this ended up next to my house other then to say 'family'…

Goods:

I do have a signed title.
It's 40'!!!
The axles were put up on jack stands so the chassis, axles and tires should be good to go.
The appliances last they were barely used all worked.



Bad's:

It's 40' and you have to tow it away.
It has a lot of wood rot so I do not see this as being something you will want to refurbish and the pop out leaks if you open it (but the motor setup etc does work).



Summery:

It would take some work but if you have the time and space, then you could probably sell the appliances to fund a 40' flatbed trailer project.
