Up for sale is a brand new set of Peltor Lite Com Plus these are rated down to 25 Db and comes with charging adapters as well as a lithium rechargeable battery. Headband and neckstrap adapters are available through the Peltor website. These were designed for a hardhat but work perfectly fine with tactical setups.

Bought it for a Bump set up and never went forward with the project. Would like to fund other endeavors now. Would like $350 and prefer not to ship but will at the buyers expense. These sell new in the $500 area.
