I know it sounds sketchy, but it's actually pretty mundane. Years ago when I set up my PP there was a glitch linking it to my bank and the only way PP could figure out how to fix it was with notarised copies of my ID and stuff, so I just ignored it and 99.9% of the time it's not a big deal, I use PP for ebay and the like, but I just sold something and the guy that has thing I want to buy doesn't take PP. My normal money launderer . . . friend that helps out with this is out of town for a while so here we are.
