300 PRC Ammunition

As anyone who has a 300 PRC rifle knows only too well, that ammunition has been "unobtainium" for the past two years. However, just in the past few days it appears that Hornday 300 PRC ammo is making it to market... if you're willing to pay the price. At around $80 a box we ain't talking cheap. If interested, here's a source out of Georgia, called South Georgia Outdoors, that I just saw yesterday had more than 150 boxes of Hornady 212 grain ELD-X 300 PRC. That's the good stuff. And South Georgia Outdoors is a legitimate company, so no fear of rip-off.

I feel sorry for anybody that got into 6.5 or 300PRC and didn't immediately outfit themselves for reloading. The thought of dropping $4 per shot… damn near 50BMG Price! There was a day that was the price of the 460 Weatherby Magnum and it was normal. KRAZY!

Good recommendation. Seen some of the match ammo about, but somehow seems significant that the 212-grain ELD-X is now becoming available.
