Correction, angle eject for post 64 models. They still eject out the top, but are redirected to the side for scopes.

I have a nice Marlin 30-30 that is unique in the fact that I developed a handload with Hornady FTX that makes it a "one hole" gun at 100 yards (Sub MOA-bigtime!). This thing is a great little package with the handload that I developed. Call me if you're interested. My wife needs me to sell it to pay for another project she just found out about I would ask for a fair/honest price though....
