No experience with it. Inexpensive, weighs 2 pounds. Depends on what you want I guess and whether it's worth it to you to pay double the price for lighter weight and flow through.

Flow through is a must for me in any can except 22lr. 6 of the 10 quietest 5.56 cans are flow through and the quietest 9mm cans are flow through. Less back pressure, less potential for malfunctions, less gas in the face, less wear on the gun, less buildup of crud in the gun, less felt recoil.
