22 short rib recipes

Personally I won't pay $6.00 + a pound for short ribs. When I've got the urge I'll buy chuck-eye steak, marinate and grill med-rare for $6.00/lb. When I want a wonderful braised beef I do beef shanks from Winco at $3.48/lb. With the buttery bonus of MARROW!
