I know there are several out there now days. I have had a CMMG for at lest 5 years now. I have been very happy with it.

I have a CMMG .22 upper as well, it's a quality unit that works great. Black Dog makes some quality mags that work great too.

I have a tactical solutions 22lr upper. It comes with a threaded barrel, aluminum heat shield. And its super light. much lighter than my chiappa 22upper

Otherwise, CMMG is probably your best choice. They have much experience designing and building .22lr uppers. They make and sell more than anyone else, I believe.
