I have 2 Glock 26 magazines that are brand new, never even loaded. These started life sealed as Glock 26 magazines with 12 round capacity. I switched the base plates from my standard magazines. These are now 10 round capacity. The springs are a little stiffer. You could convert them back to 12 if you buy the Glock +2 extension.
Since these are 10 round they are for sale to Washington residents.
