I am in Boardman, OR but willing to travel to Tri-Cities and surrounding areas to make the FFL transfer. Selling 2 Completed AR15 lowers, with MOE and STR stocks. PSA Palmetto State Armory. PSA AR15's have been torture tested and are as reliable as mil spec. Both of these lowers are brand new never used. one has the MOE and the other has STR stock. Please look at my other items to combine purchases so the drive to the FFL will be more worth it to me. thanks. Asking $300 for both completed lowers
