Do you know what the transfer process from commie wa state to your bit more free state? I have a Dpms anvil ak47 nutmeg triangle side folder. I have a number of ak's and haven't shot that one much. I could do ammo/mags to even out trade or less 5.56 rounds from you. Give me some time to dig the thing out from back of safe if you're interested.

Take rifle to dealer in Oregon. Oregon buyer (trader) fills out 4473 & goes into background check queue. May be instant, may not be. No rhyme nor reason.
