I have a 1971 Chevy c10 4wd. Yes c10 4Wd. The Cab and title are c10 swapped over to k10 with 4wd Warn locking hubs. So in 2019 the truck was completely gone through with a new th350 trans backed with a new np 205 transfer case, new edlebrock Intake manifold and carb, new 383 stroker with mild cam all from summit racing. Truck is a screamer!
I Have paperwork and receipts for everything, all ujoints just replaced in last month along with new true dual exhaust all the way from the front to the back. Dana 44 front 12 bolt Chevy rear has a 6 in lift to clear up to 38's has 32x12.50 right now. Rims have been powder coated. Power steering, added. Truck runs super smooth and turns heads everywhere.
My plan was to keep it and build it however, new job is going to take me away from building this for a while. I don't want to see it in the garage sitting and not having the time to work on it.
If I was keeping this the plan was to show it. I would redo the spray in the bed and had the idea of adding in the wood for the bed actually. So nothing wrong with it now just planned for showing it clean it up a little better. I would finish hooking up the heat, and air with a company called vintage air... I would change the stereo back to the vintage style for my preference . Just for the hell of it I would add a rally stripe down the center of it where paint could be touched up. I planned to swap out the tires for some 35 to 37"maybe a 38. I would restitch the seat to make it personalized. And find an original steering wheel that wasn't broke to hell. Those were the plans but they changed. So if someone wants to take it the rest of the way here you go.
Not in a hurry to sell but figure I would entertain the idea. Like I said above planned to keep this. truck was just swapped over to antique status and title changed. No re-registration and life tags. Super cheap to insure. Truck is garaged and ready for a new owner.
Have more pictures if desired.
