I know i already had a post about this gun in Gunsmithing but i thought it would be alright to drop one here 
So i just picked up this 8mm Mauser from 1939. Never owned a bolt action before but the second i manipulated the bolt for the first time i said "bubblegum" because i knew the guy had me sold. Very excited to get some nice weather!! Came with 80 rounds, half from 1954. Its hard to find any specific information on this gun though. Is it a varient of a "mainstream" model?
