Who is the manufacturing? What kind of reliabilty? Are they brand new or use?

I don't know the manufacturer. They work just fine. I bought them to use in a Marlin .45 Camp Carbine which I have sold. I put perhaps 50 rounds downrange with these magazines and had no problems of any kind. The follower will hold the bolt back on a 1911 after the last round. They look funny in a 1911, but they work just slick.
