They didn't donate to Harris's campaign

GIFFORDS, a gun violence prevention group founded by former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, on Friday announced a $15 million campaign targeting battleground state voters. The ad buy is for television, digital advertising and direct mail, as well as for sending Giffords and surrogates to stump for Harris and down-ballot candidates who support tougher gun laws.

@bionic knees is correct, this is just what that group does and it is absolutely business as usual.
Not sure why the Youtube talking head needed such a misleading clickbait title

lolz, just kidding, that is totally how they generate clicks to make money off youtube

I agree but ultimately it ends up benefiting the cackling Marxist..

Well nevertheless, it still comes across to me that these groups are colluding with one another to get/maintain power and to strip away our constitutional rights and this is the ultimate thing that we should be concerned with, not just those of us concerned about our second amendment rights but all Americans when it comes to all their rights. People like this will do nothing less than strip us of all of them so they can have utter control over everything and everyone.

The husband of Gabby Giffords who is the president of one of the main anti-gun national organizations just donated $15 million to Kamala Harris and coincidentally her husband is being eyed for the vice presidential spot, $seems like an odd coincidence does it not ?
Bribe or payoff? Harris is among the most anti-gunners coming out of California. But, she is also a coward and will have others openly do her dirt.

Never heard of "politicing"?:D

It's kind of amazing how feelings sway people to believe it's perfectly okay to advertise their opponent as a communist neo-nazi, the greatest threat to our nation and will lead to the end of democracy and the U.S. as we know it... but then seem to want "everyone" (on the other side of course) to be absolutely factual in all claims against the party they support. That's just not right, they claim.

Of course, pledging $15mil for adverts, mailings and personnel for the benefit of harry's election is not the same as donating $15mil to harry's campaign fund.. of which they would use to purchase adverts, do mailings and bolster personnel for the benefit of harry's election.

The semantics make it wholly unreasonable clickbait to misrepresent it as such. Gotcha!:s0155:
No matter how you slice it though, it's not a good look.

Disclosure: There "may" be a little sarcasm mixed in there.;)
It would certainly be ideal if politicians wouldn't resort to overblown rhetoric just to divide and enflame the minions, but it's not about what's best for the people anymore. It's only about fanning the flames of your voter base for power and they care little about burning the whole place down to get it.

'nough said...

Donating: Here's $15M for you to use to fund your campaign
Supporting: Here's $15M for us to use to do what you would have done with it if we donated it to you.

"supporting" is probably easier to scam funds from. Hiring "friends & family" @ 10xrate etc etc, vs using donated funds...

So perhaps some type of "extra negotiated manipulation" as well.

I can only imagine how often that happens so probably both sides look the other way.
Unless you can intentionally reinterpret some obscure law that makes it a crime if it "looks" like your breaking it so you can jail your political opponent.

It's basically Space Cadet Mark's slush fund, hiding behind GG's skirts. @Ura-Ki has some relevant observations from personal knowledge if he's wiling to share again.

Mark is Pure Evil, pure and simple! He is an utter disgrace both as a Naval officer and Space Man, using Gabby as his personal slave, her families fortunes to further his own agenda, whilst using Gabby for her celebrity status! To see the two of them together is a display of a very strained relationship. It's almost as if Mark is using Gabby only for what she and her Family provide! Mark is a No-Body with out his wife, something I do hope she changes someday!

My encounter with Gabby and Mark was very eye opening, My Wife and I, along with my Parents were attending a Veterans affair in Az. and we got a eye full to say the least. While Gabby seemed to be quite personable and even fun to be around, Mark was most definitely NOT! He seemed to hold lordship over Gabby, ( the best way to describe what we saw) and he was a very angry and bitter man, he was overbearing and extremely arrogant, to the point I seriously wanted to flatten his face for him! My Wife almost never swears or hardly ever has a negative word for anyone, whispered in my ear what she thought of Mark, words I will not repeat here, only to enforce the fact that it was SERIOUS in it's meaning, given the great weight of her wrath, Had she spoken aloud for others to hear, it would have been most epic! We were left with the very negative impression of Mark as a Human, he seemed to have an inferiority complex when meeting folks like My Father, ( Naval Captain of nearly 40 years) and my self, a 20 year Air Force P.J. something he could not hide, nor did he even try! Bottom line, Mark is a very abusive husband, domineering, and very arrogant, to the point of being seriously unlikable, and he has proven to be a dismal failure as a politician, again, likely due to his aggressive and obtuse attitude toward others!

The Gabby We met was NOT the person we expected, even though she had been shot and had founded her anti gun org, she was/is in my opinion being manipulated almost entirely by Mark for HIS agenda, what ever his drive or motivations may be, I seriously doubt Gabby is actually a part of any of it, the Woman we met seemed genuinely scared of her husband, something my Wife really keyed in on, even to the point of asking if she was Okay. Mark was very threatened by Me and My Father standing there with Champaign glasses and friendly conversation with his wife, something he was very quick to interrupt and prevent from happening again with us or people like us that were in attendance!

The 2A really is a litmus test in America, given it's history and where we stand. People who've had family members die in plane crashes get on a plane to go handle business. Same for car wrecks, ect. So his attacks on the 2A while not being known for equal fights to fund mental health, firearms safety, hard on crime bills are examples.

I always thought Mark's message was more self-serving than protective (towards his wife). Military service does not automatically equate to any ideology.

Lolz, just wait till ya'll learn about Citizens United and 501(c)'s :s0114:

But anyway, Mark Kelly has about a 06.5% chance of being the VP pick, he really doesn't bring anything to the ticket other than controversy. PA Governor Josh Shapiro on the other hand looks like a good bet, his popularity will likely help pull PA and their 19 EC votes, and PA is a rust belt state like Ohio, so the Dem's will likely use that as a talking point
Now this next thing is just rumor and I can't confirm that it is true, but I have also heard that he drinks the regular version of Mountain Dew
