It is not boxer primed. If it was it would be a great price. However, considering the way others are pricing lower end stuff, this is a good price for blasting ammo and has some brass scrap value after shooting.

I remember that ammo from years back. IIRC it was excellent quality, way better than Wolf or the like. Don't throw away berdan primed 7.62 brass. Some people load it and will buy it (not me, but I have seen it sell).
