What I have been told is that you can't shoot lead bullets through the polygonal rifling since it has a tighter fit on the bullet than standard rifling, so lead buildup could be a problem. I don't have any first hand experience, nor do I want any....

i have a glock g23 and glock even said you can shoot lead bullets throw them as well in case you still got them
