I had planned to build a AR-pistol in the 7.62x39 but changed my mind. I bought this complete upper just last December, but now need cash more than toys 
I added two metal flip-up sights and a plastic hand stopper. Also included in the price are 180 rounds and a 30-rd magazine.
If you already have an AR-15 pistol or an AR-15 pistol lower, this would be an excellent addition.
Some additional info from BCA (it is currently listed for $419 by itself):
This BCA AR-15 Complete Upper has a 10.5" Heavy barrel with a Parkerized finish, and features a 1:10 Twist Rate, a Carbine length gas system. It includes a 10 5/16" MLOK Rail, an M4 flat-top forged upper receiver with forwarding assist, a BCA Bolt Carrier Group, a Flash Hider, and a Charging Handle. It is chambered in 7.62x39. It comes with rear charging handle.

I am in the Auburn/Federal Way/Des Moines area. Will be willing to meet up around South King County if needed.
