The 6×45mm is a rimless, bottlenecked cartridge based on the .223 Remington or 5.56 NATO cartridge necked up to .243 (6mm). The cartridge is also known as the 6mm-223 Remington or 6mm/223.
Wondering if anyone has any load data they would like to share for loading 6X45 or 6/.223. (all my loading books are too old)
I am building a bolt gun right now that should be done this week, i will start with the barrel at 24" and plan on starting with 85g Sierra's.
I am selling a Black Hole Weaponry barrel chambered in 6x45 or sometimes called 6-223. Basically it is a 223 case neck sized to 6mm. It is fun to shoot and the bullet selection is not bad at all. This is a caliber you will need to load your own for. Load data can be found at www.hodgdon.com also...
