Pricing on ( A NEWLY RELEASED ) firearm more than MSRP... Bad attitude when questioned

Called and asked about new Shield Plus NTS was told in stock thought GREAT... Get there and find same gun that local shops have for between 479.-549.99 for over 600 asked why was told because it was just released told them i could it cheaper down the road I was told ( NO YOU CANT ) ... Well guess what guys I got it down the road at Fishermans for 529.99. Maybe just listen to your customers sometimes instead of being an arogant bubblegum.
Competitive prices, great knowledgeable staff. I purchased firearms from this store and they answered all of my questions which greatly aided in my firearm selection. I check this store first before looking anywhere else.
I almost put "Limited "Covid induced" inventory" as a Con, but thought that wouldn't really be fair to them! The aftermath of Covid has depleted most of their inventory.
I went in looking for the Hellcat and was unable to look at a Sig 365, so went back home and did a bit more research. That Sig has quite a few bad reviews relating to the sights not being very good and/or sturdy. I came back and bought the Hellcat. Ended up chatting with the saleman about ham radio! When he asked for my email. haha. I will be back for more!
I was having problems with the Walther 30 Day Return program and these guys took the time to contact Walther and get it all straightened out. It was something they didn't have to do but they did. It earns a lot of loyalty when shops go above and beyond for a customer! Thanks guys!
I've made several purchases here over the past few years and I've had a great experience every time. Prices are good, their staff is helpful, and they've always had what I was looking for. Not only that, they've been a huge supporter of Northwest Firearms. Highly recommended!
I just wanted to mention that a few months ago I paid cash for something (slips my mind exactly what it was). But apparently I forgot my change. It was $25. No big deal. But later that day, after hours I get a call from Matt (again he remembered me there and paying cash) that he was over on his cash count and remembered that he didn't give me my change. I was blown away, as it seems most businesses these days wouldn't care let alone go out of their way to make things right. I had a busy week and told him I would try to stop by towards the end of it. I did, and Matt was quick to square up. I was just as quick to find a way to spend it and then some on ammo and a few other things.
Again, don't even visit Hillsboro without stopping in. You won't regret it!
Matt and Tony are good people. Top shelf shop where you can go browse and learn without any pressure. I frequent their business often, and never leave empty handed. Customer service is outstanding! Matt runs a tight ship and knows his "regulars" on a first name basis. I had issues with an optic purchased there, and Matt just said "I'll call you when the new one arrives". I left wondering if he knew my name/number....a week later my phone rings and guess who it is? Now THAT'S how you run a business. These days I just call and say my first name and the deal is as good as done! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
