All of the guys who work here have been super helpful and awesome to talk to. They are always willing to spend as much time as they need to helping narrow down choices, teach, and source parts or firearms. They're even willing to refer people to other shops if they have the item in question. Love talking to the guys there and always look forward to going in!

These guys are great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I made more than a few transfers here and every one of them was a smooth experience.

Stopped by randomly when passing through on a coastal trip. Well stocked on much of what you might want including some holosun red dots, lasers, quite a bit of ammo, and even some reloading components.

Guns:

They had lots of AR rifles/pistols and quite a few stripped lower receivers.
They had an above average lever gun and revolver selection.
Wished that they had more used handguns.

Reloading:

If you need brass check here. They had tons of clean range brass; especially 9mm, 5.56, 38 special and 45 ACP.
They had bricks of CCI primers on the shelf. Pretty much all small primers, mostly CCI 400 and 500 with some 550's as well. They did have some CCI Large Pistol about to be put out as well. VERY limited bullet selection and no powder.

This place is great for private transfers and online purchases.

Have used Arden a dozen times for inbound transfers over the last year. Excellent service, nice people. Highly recommend.

I had to wait nearly a week (they did not call it in) for the transfer to process, meaning I had to make the trip to this store twice.

The staff had little to no eye contact, acted uninterested, and seemed like they didn't want to be there.

First and last experience at Coat of Arms was disappointing, especially with so many other FFLs that have a better experience.

I do all of my transfers at ACAP. This is the best place to do gun transfers FTF. They are extremely helpful and get transfers going fast and charge a very reasonable amount of money for transfers.

They also purchase your used guns for a fair price so this is the best shop to look for milsurp and other used firearms.

I love coming to Pantel for any of my firearm needs. They are easy to work with. When I came there for my first firearm purchase, they guided me through the process without any headaches.

The staff is also very friendly. They aren't afraid to spark up a friendly conversation. While I was waiting for paper work to be processed, one of the staff members let me inspect his lever-action rifle build. It inspired me to build my own lever rifle a few months later.

Overall, a great shop I highly recommend.

I've got Warne rings and bases/rails on all my rifles, super solid and reasonably priced for something I never have to worry about. Really impressed with their shipping times every time I order something from them, it's usually out the door the business day after I place an order.
