Does the seller still have to pay the shop to have his or her license photocopied for the transfer?

I think you're confusing A Cut Above Pawn with Tigard Pawn. Tigard Pawn always charges for the photocopy.

Yep, still $25 for the first firearm and $15 for each additional, no limit on the same transfer. With 4000+ BGC's to go through it does take a little time.

This is my go to FFL due to where they are located and price. All of my transfers have completed same day, even during this latest buying craze.
