Here I am about five years ago - 74th birthday - after doing some climbing at Banff. I felt really proud of myself for making it all the way to the summit (there were tons of stairs to climb on that path ).

I think you can see the difference it makes.

Kinda proud of my progress. Also, I am very Patriotic.
