I remember Clark County having a Discount Guns awhile back..
But, conversely,... corrupt criminal, treasonous tyrants making laws, are realistically null/void:s0092:
We've set back & done diddly squat for many a 🌙 :s0092:
Like my dad would tell me..... "Son, if you're gonna be a Rockstar, then be a f**kn Rockstar":s0112::s0105::s0056::s0145::s0151::s0112:

Not sure I remember them. Were they off Mill Plain just east of I-205? Can't recall the name of that little store.
Re: the article though, I guess the good news is that the store owner retired to a free state. I also hope ferguson dies of azz cancer before he's appointed our next gubner.

I think they were on 162nd n 1st Ave.
Since the dad retired does the son get screwed..

Was DG given enough time to sell inventory before the law passed?
Because if they weren't then I wonder if they could argue a case of that. Not every shop sells out of state and ships.
So if they simply sell remaining inventory to Washington residents I don't see anything wrong with that. Otherwise the state forced them to lose money on current in stock items.

Actually, to me, ALL they've purchased should be "Grand-fathered" in, much like our firearms/magz & such are, encompassing their felonious tyrannical infringing :s0092:

Purchased my first 1911 there in 1990. Hate to see them persecuted for such a silly offense. Sheet metal tube with a spring.

Gov enforcers seem to take the path of least resistance

Great leaders are able to make the difficult and necessary decisions. Our current leaders lack courage so they prop themselves up with this petty crap and flushing millions down the homeless toilet

Oh I agree. And I agree the law is tyrannically insane and ultimately unenforceable.

But as for the stores merchandise, I feel like any stores with no-no items should get an unlimited amount of time to sell their in stock items to residents without time restraint.
Otherwise the government basically came in and blocked/stole revenue from them. I wish high powered lawyers ripped Washington AG apart on that one.

You can Thank the Democrats ( RATS ) aka communist party left wingers for all the Anti American Gun control Bills & policy's that are passed behind closed doors and this is just one more way to punish Capitalism in favor of Socialism JMO

We sold ours up until the law went into effect, and then we parked the rest in sealed crates and we didn't order more or have make them available for sale.
