Selling a mid 1950's Springfield M1 Garand.
Serial number (5,391,XXX) dates to 1955 with a 1956 barrel. Overall the rifle is in great condition with some age appropriate wear. Stock wood is not matching but in good condition. Bore is excellent. In the time I've owned this rifle it has performed flawlessly, and has proven itself to be both accurate and reliable. An excellent choice for regular shooting.
Asking $1,300 for the rifle itself. I can include a few enblocs with an extra (matching) modern stock at additional cost should the buyer be interested. FFL required.
