As much as the "progressives" in Portland dominate state politics right now, not very likely - which is sad, given half the United States (that is, half the states in the US) voted for Constitutional Carry now.

Won't matter with the two bills allowing the owner of a public building to ban carry, even with a CHL. They knew that M114 permits were just about the same as CHL so they are basiclly banning carry everywhere.
