I checked SA's website. SA says it is legal only with a 10 rd (or less) magazine. SA also, says it does not fit WA state's definition of assault rifle for several reasons.

I knew this would come up sooner or later. It turned out to be sooner..................so,

Only magazines are currently regulated.

The "gun" has no bayonet lug and the barrel is of legal length. Based on WA State specifications, it is legal to sell the gun with NO magazine in WA, as the "gun" is not specifically prohibited.

This is all in the public record/domain, NOT MY Interpretation.

If you like, I can bring a 5-round magazine and "gift" it to you to place in the "gun".
